Description

The asset consists of two large adjacent touristic zoned fields with a total area of 18.785 sqm located in the Pissouri area in Limassol District. They are situated circa 250m west of the centre of the Avdimou Community and circa 2km east of Pissouri Bay. The asset is considered to be landlocked with the nearest registered road situated 120m away. It has a regular shape with a mostly flat and even surface. Also, it benefits from sea views. Pissouri area is considered to be a well-developed touristic area with access to several amenities and facilities such as hotels, restaurants and shops. The immediate area consists of mainly undeveloped land and scattered touristic units mostly south west of the asset. The field is zoned as Τ5 (touristic) with 15-20% building density, 15% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 8,3m.
