Field located in Kellia, Larnaca, positioned approximately 450 metres north of the Larnaca–Ayia Napa motorway and about 800 metres south of Kellia village.

The property has a total land area of 8,696 sq.m. and is currently landlocked, situated approximately 50 metres west of the nearest registered road.

The surrounding area mainly consists of agricultural land as well as undeveloped parcels.

The field falls within two planning zones. Approximately 5,392 sq.m. falls within residential planning zone H3, allowing a building density of 60%, coverage of 35%, with permission to build up to two floors and a maximum height of 8.3 metres.

The remaining 3,304 sq.m. falls within agricultural planning zone Γ3, allowing a building density of 10%, coverage of 10%, and the possibility to build up to two floors with a maximum height of 8.3 metres.
