This step uncovers hidden issues like seller debts, giving you peace of mind before committing.

Next, seal the deal temporarily with a reservation agreement and a small deposit of 1-2% (typically €5,000-€10,000). This takes the property off the market, buying time to draft the final sales contract while you negotiate payment terms securely.
